Our private sites handle groups from 100 to 1,000. Minimum billing is 80 adults and 20 children (ages 5-11). To reserve the entire space, we require a minimum of 400 guests (425 adults and 75 children ages 5-11)
The Pavilion Fee(s) plus $7.00 per person catering deposit (based on your estimated attendance) are required to reserve you site. The catering deposit is applied towards your final payment.
Amusements such as Moonbounces and DJ's are extra but J.R.'s handles all the arrangements to facilitate your planning. Contact our planners for ideas and to book your entertainment!
Is due 10 days prior to your event. Once we receive your final count you will be sent and invoice. Payment is due on the day of your event. Any adjustments will be settled within 2 weeks of your event.
