DEPOSITS

The Pavilion Fee(s) plus $5.00 per person catering deposit (based on estimated attendance) are required to reserve you site. The catering deposit is applied towards your final payment.

FINAL GUARANTEE

Due 10 days prior to the day of the event.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellation must be made at least 90 days prior to the event date to be eligible for deposit refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be subject to an additional charge of $5.00 per person. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will be subject to an additional 50 per cent of the projected invoice.

MINIMUMS

We require a minimum of 100 guests (80 adults and 20 children ages 5-11). To reserve the entire space, we require a minimum of 400 guests (350 adults and 50 children ages 5-11)

  • NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO OR REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES.
  • BECAUSE OF PARK SERVICE RULES, NO BALLOONS ARE ALLOWED ON THE FACILITY.
  • NO RAIN DATES - But don't worry, we have plenty to keep you busy on rainy days plus great covered areas.
