Times

  • Saturday - 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday - 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m.
  • Evenings - 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • Weekday hours are flexible

Group Size

Our private sites handle groups from 100 to 6,000.
Minimum billing is 80 adults and 20 children (ages 5-11)

Cost

The cost of your event is based upon the menu you select. There is no additional fee for the use of the facility or parking and there are no service charges.

Amusements

Amusements such as Moonbounces and DJ's are extra but J.R.'s handles all the arrangements to facilitate your planning.

Deposit

$5.00 per person, based on the estimated number of guests. This is due within 2 weeks of receiving the confirmation letter. This is non-refundable if cancellations are made within 90 days of the event.

Final Counts

Are due 10 days prior to your picnic. Any additions may be made up until 3 days prior to your event at an additional charge of $.50 per person.

Payments

Once we receive your final count 10 days prior to your event, we will send you an invoice.

Final Payment

Due on the day of your event. At the end of your event, you will receive an invoice with any adjustments which can be settled within two weeks of the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to an additional $5.00 per person (based on estimated number). Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are subject to an additional 50% of entire invoice.

  • NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO OR REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES.
  • NO RAIN DATES - But don't worry, we have plenty to keep you busy on rainy days plus great covered areas.
