Dulles Toll Road Route
- From Route 66 E or W, Route 7 (Inside the Beltway) or 495 (Beltway) - Take Dulles Toll Rd.
- Continue onto Dulles Greenway (Toll)
- Take Exit 4 - Belmont Ridge Road (Route 659)
- Turn right onto Belmont Ridge Rd., follow it for 3.5 miles to Route 7
- Turn left onto Route 7 West
- Go 1.4 miles and turn right on River Creek Parkway
- Follow River Creek Parkway 0.6 miles and turn left onto Fort Evans Rd. (directly across from Riverside Parkway on the right)
- Go 0.1 miles -- Festival Lakes entrance on the right.
From Route 7 West
- Take Route 7 West
- Turn right onto River Creek Parkway (this is about 20.6 miles from the beltway). **
- Follow River Creek Parkway 0.6 miles and turn left onto Fort Evans Rd. (directly across from Riverside Parkway on the right)
- Go 0.1 miles -- Festival Lakes entrance on the right.
** Note - If you miss River Creek Parkway, continue on Route 7 another mile to
"Route 15 N; Fredrick MD." Take Route 15 North about 1/4 mile and turn right onto
Ft. Evans Rd. Go approximately 1 mile down Ft. Evans Rd. -- Festival Lakes entrance
on the left.
From Northern MD (Scenic Route)
- Take Rt. 270 to Rt. 28 W (Exit 6B) to Dawsonville.
- Take White's Ferry Rd. (Rt. 107) 11 miles to the ferry.
- Take White's Ferry (toll) across the Potomac.
- Continue 1 mile to Route 15 South.
- Go South on Rt. 15 then bear left on Rt. 15 Bypass. Continue through the light at the shopping center to the first left - Ft. Evans Rd.
- Go approximately 1 mile down Ft. Evans Rd. -- Festival Lakes entrance on the left.
